La star et la source de joie numéro 1 est en tout cas le puissant moteur trois cylindres qui, dans cette première génération de Tiger Sport sans filet de sécurité électronique, exige une utilisation expérimentée ou prudente de la poignée des gaz. Elle s'en sort très bien dans toutes les disciplines. C'est en mode touring qu'elle doit laisser le plus de plumes en raison du manque de toutes les caractéristiques de confort. Pour ceux qui en veulent, il faudra se tourner vers les modèles Tiger Sport à partir de l'année de construction 2016.
