La KTM Super Duke R a parfaitement évolué au fil des générations : Le moteur est puissant, a un couple énorme et fonctionne parfaitement dans sa version actuelle, même à bas régime. Mais la performance globale de la grande Duke est due à l'excellente interaction de tous les composants. La position d'assise active est confortable et incroyablement agréable à conduire, le châssis est de haut niveau, les freins sont efficaces et l'électronique est à la pointe du progrès. Même l'esthétique plaît à de plus en plus de critiques. Dommage que le génial assistant de changement de vitesse avec blipper doive être payé en plus.
KTM RC 8C 2022
La KTM RC 8C a été conçue comme une moto de course pure. Cela se voit dans tous les coins et recoins. Qu'il s'agisse des crashpads interchangeables sur le cadre, l'arrière et le bras oscillant ou des nombreuses possibilités de réglage en matière d'ergonomie, il ne fait aucun doute que la RC 8C est 100% purpose-built ! L'absence d'homologation pour la route signifie clairement l'absence de poids inutiles, qui ne sont de toute façon pas nécessaires sur les pistes de course. On le ressent aussi clairement lors de la conduite. Extrêmement souple et en même temps très stable, elle inspire confiance à son pilote et lui donne le sourire. Heureux le pilote qui la conduira un jour ! Avec seulement 100 exemplaires dans le monde, elle sera un spectacle plutôt rare dans le paddock.
