Indian cultive la tradition tout en essayant d'innover. La Challenger Limited se reconnaît déjà à son carénage un peu plus anguleux comme une édition moderne d'une pelleteuse classique. Le moteur est vraiment puissant avec 122 ch et un couple de 178 Nm et le châssis confortable supporte non seulement les gros chocs, mais aussi une allure plus sportive. Seul le frein s'accroche bien, mais il faut beaucoup de force manuelle pour ralentir les presque 400 kilos prêts à rouler à vive allure. Le pare-brise à réglage électrique de la hauteur est génial et transforme la pelleteuse Challenger en Challenger Tourer !

La nouvelle Indian Pursuit est une évolution logique de l'Indian Challenger. Avec le même moteur, le même châssis et la même position de conduite, la Pursuit est également très maniable et agile. Seul le poids supplémentaire de près de 35 kilos finit par se faire sentir. Toutefois, le Pursuit offre aussi plus de fonctionnalités, sans oublier un espace de chargement de 133 litres. Mais pour un bateau à vapeur aussi lourd, la Pursuit est de toute façon très agile et maniable en termes de performance de conduite. Seul le frein avant pourrait être un peu plus souple. Le prix élevé dans cette catégorie n'est pas vraiment surprenant, mais le plus puissant des V2 de tourisme de cette catégorie a beaucoup de prestige !
