Au final, la Tuareg 660 d'Aprilia, bien équipée, n'est pas seulement une moto d'aventure au sens propre du terme pour 11.990 euros en Allemagne et 13.490 en Autriche, mais aussi - si l'on veut - une "Tenere avec tout". Pour cela, il faut mettre un peu plus la main à la poche. Toutefois, on se familiarise rapidement avec la Tuareg, plus accessible, et elle représente donc certainement un bon choix pour ceux qui cherchent leurs premières aventures en dehors des routes goudronnées - sans pour autant ennuyer les pilotes expérimentés, bien au contraire. En tout cas, l'Aprilia est un enrichissement pour le sequment et une bonne option pour ceux qui ne veulent pas renoncer aux aides électroniques à la conduite, même sur un Reissenduro orienté offroad.

Le World Raid est une extension réussie du programme de modèles Ténéré 700. Jusqu'à présent, les vrais passionnés devaient se débrouiller eux-mêmes lorsqu'il s'agissait d'améliorer l'aptitude au tout-terrain. Sur route, le World Raid se montre moins instable, tandis qu'en off-road, l'énorme réserve apportée par le matériel KYB entièrement réglable est convaincante. La réactivité est alors d'un niveau absolument exceptionnel. L'amortisseur de direction Öhlins de série apporte une tranquillité supplémentaire à l'avant. En plus de la délicate mise à jour du modèle, comme par exemple l'écran couleur, la connectivité smartphone ou les nouveaux éléments de commande, le World Raid continue de briller avec les qualités connues de la Ténéré.
