Avec sa boîte de vitesses à double embrayage DCT (Dual Clutch Transmission), la NC750X est le modèle le plus cohérent de la gamme NC. Avec son pare-brise, ses longs débattements de suspension et le gain de confort qui en résulte, elle convient également pour les longs trajets et même les voyages. Pourquoi les débutants ne pourraient-ils pas profiter du confort et de la simplicité des voyages ? Le centre de gravité relativement bas permet aux pilotes inexpérimentés de ne pas avoir peur de la NC750X, qui semble beaucoup plus grande et plus imposante. Le moteur n'est certes pas trop sportif, mais le DCT, qui change les vitesses de manière extrêmement précise et facile à utiliser par simple pression sur un bouton ou de manière entièrement automatisée, fait vite oublier cela. Le compartiment pour casque sous le faux réservoir est particulièrement ingénieux.

Honda ose - et met dans le mille. Le X-ADV est un deux-roues crossover sophistiqué, pratique et étonnamment précis. Avec le mode G de la boîte de vitesses à double embrayage DCT, l'aptitude au tout-terrain est encore plus soulignée. Mais le véritable terrain de jeu du X-ADV est la route, où il fonctionne à merveille et présente un mélange génial de sportivité et de confort, que l'on ne connaît normalement que sur les grandes routières et justement les scooters. Nombreux sont ceux qui ne savent pas quoi faire de cette "chose", mais ceux qui ont déjà piloté le X-ADV se rendent compte de ses qualités.
