Le World Raid est une extension réussie du programme de modèles Ténéré 700. C'est exactement ce que doit être une KTM. Elle donne une sensation de sportivité, mais offre aussi beaucoup de confort. En off-road, elle était robuste, fiable et rapide. Le châssis s'adapte à tout, tout comme le freinage. Les aides électroniques à la conduite permettent de parcourir des tronçons tout à fait nouveaux pour cette catégorie de poids. S'il n'y avait pas la hauteur de selle énorme, elle serait un conseil grandiose pour de nombreux enduristes.
