Familiar Engine in the KTM 390 Adventure 2025 Lineup
Both models are powered by the newly developed LC4c single-cylinder engine, already used in the KTM 390 DUKE. The revised cylinder head and a new injection system with a finer spray pattern ensure enhanced combustion efficiency and lower emissions in line with EURO 5.+ standards. A strategically repositioned thermostat improves temperature management and ensures stable engine performance in various riding conditions.
The maintenance intervals have been extended to 10,000 km. A revised gearbox with a shorter shift lever travel and optimized shift forks ensures more precise shifting. Additionally, all models are equipped with a Power Assist Slipper Clutch (PASC), which facilitates downshifting and keeps the rear wheel stable. An optional Quickshifter+ feature is also available.
The New 390 Adventure Models Embrace the Rally Approach
The KTM 390 Adventure lineup draws design inspiration from KTM rally motorcycles. It features a sleek and compact profile, a rally-inspired instrument cluster, a compact 14-liter metal tank, LED lighting at the front and rear, and durable bodywork elements. Both models are equipped with ByBre brakes, featuring a 320 mm front disc and a 240 mm rear disc. The braking system has been revised for improved heat resistance and more consistent braking performance.
