New Husqvarna Norden 901 Expedition 2025

Husqvarna introduces a classic model update to the market. This means: much is already familiar, but important aspects have been improved. The new slip regulation of the motorcycle traction control (MTC) is adjustable in ten stages, allowing the rider to precisely tailor the bike's riding performance to their skill level and the terrain. The traction control is designed to optimize stability in corners by determining how much the rear wheel can spin and how high the front wheel is lifted over obstacles.

Additional comfort is provided by heated grips and a heated seat, as well as a touring windshield. Additionally, a new USB-C charging port and an integrated hazard warning system are available to ensure safety and convenience on long rides.

With the WP XPLOR suspension, which is fully adjustable in compression, rebound, and preload, the Norden 901 Expedition offers 240 mm of travel. This setup provides plenty of performance and feedback even on challenging terrain. The parallel-twin engine with 889 cc continues to deliver 105 hp and 100 Nm of torque; however, the exhaust system has been revised so that the motorcycle now meets the Euro 5+ emissions standard. With a filled 19-liter fuel tank, Husqvarna claims a range of up to 400 kilometers.

A central feature of the Norden 901 series is the 5-inch TFT display. Thanks to the Connectivity Unit, the motorcycle can be paired with a smartphone via the Ride Husqvarna Motorcycles app, allowing turn-by-turn navigation, music playback, and phone functions to be controlled directly from the handlebars.

The side-mounted luggage system offers 36 liters of storage space. Additionally, a skid plate and the main stand protect the engine and facilitate maintenance work. The Norden 901 Expedition 2025 will soon be available at authorized Husqvarna Mobility dealers. Prices are not known at this time.
