Triumph Trident 660: More Features for (Almost) the Same Price

The 2025 model year of the Triumph Trident 660 impresses with enhanced features. The optimized cornering ABS and traction control, managed by a six-axis IMU (Inertial Measurement Unit), ensure optimized braking and acceleration performance in lean angles. With the Triumph Shift Assist, clutchless gear changes are possible, and the cruise control supports longer rides—all as standard. In addition to the existing riding modes "Rain" and "Road," there is now also a "Sport" mode, which debuted in the new Daytona 660 in 2024.

The new Trident 660 will be available starting at 8,295 Euros in Germany and 9,295 Euros in Austria from December 2024. In Germany, this represents an increase of 150 € compared to the 2024 model, while in Austria, the price remains unchanged.

Improved Suspension Components for the Entry-Level Roadster

The Trident 660 will be equipped with a Showa Big-Piston front fork (SFF-BP) from 2025, designed to provide improved damping and control. The shock absorber is also from Showa and is adjustable in preload. The standard tires are the Michelin Road 5.

Triumph Trident 660 Engine and Performance

In terms of engine performance, the Trident 660 remains unchanged for 2025. The triple continues to deliver 81 hp at 10,250 rpm and a torque of 64 Nm at 6,250 rpm. Thus, the Daytona 660 remains the most powerful bike in the 660 family, which is not necessarily a negative. The Trident offers solid thrust for its class, especially since over 90% of the maximum torque is available from 3,600 rpm. With the now standard quickshifter, the naked bike will surely continue to be a source of joy in 2025.

Additionally, A2 riders can look forward to an available A2 restriction, and the maintenance intervals are reasonable at 16,000 kilometers, which is easy on the wallet.

Fresh colors and a wide range of original accessories

For the 2025 model year, three new colors are available: Cosmic Yellow, Cobalt Blue, and Diablo Red, complemented by the classic option in Jet Black that remains available. Triumph offers more than 45 genuine accessories for the Trident 660 to customize the bike according to its intended use.
