Med sin DCT (Dual Clutch Transmission) är NC750X den mest sammanhållna modellen i NC-serien. Med sin vindruta, långa fjädringsväg och den därmed ökade komforten är den också lämplig för längre sträckor och till och med resor. När allt kommer omkring, varför skulle inte nybörjare också kunna njuta av bekväm men okomplicerad resa? Framför allt tar den jämförelsevis låga tyngdpunkten bort rädslan för den visuellt mycket större och mer skrymmande NC750X, även för oerfarna förare. Motorn är inte alltför sportig, men DCT, som växlar extremt exakt och enkelt med en knapptryckning eller till och med helt automatiskt, får dig snabbt att glömma det. Hjälmfacket under dummy-tanken är särskilt genialt.
