Om du har råd att betala cirka 8 500 euro (Tyskland) eller knappt 9 000 euro (Österrike) för RC390 R och sedan har cirka 11 000 flingor över för SSP 300-kitet, kommer du att få racingutrustning som är redo för världsmästerskap. "Ready to Race", namnet säger egentligen allt. KTM 390 Duke är en "riktig" Duke. Varumärket: Extremt smidig hantering som ger kraftfull körglädje. Tyvärr är det bara bromsarna och fjädringen på 390 som inte kan hålla samma, mycket höga prestandanivå som på 125 Duke eller 890 Duke. De känns lite svampiga och inte optimalt avstämda, särskilt när föraren väger lite mer. Utrustningen är annars i toppklass, särskilt när man tänker på priset för 390 Duke. När det gäller körglädje/euros överträffar den de flesta, inklusive sina Duke-systrar.
