Velika nadgradnja leta 2017 je bila še posebej dobra za majhne štiritaktne motorje. Ker je KTM lahko še dodatno povečal moč tega živahnega stroja. Zdaj ga lahko znova preizkusijo tudi tisti vozniki, za katere je bil le malenkost prešibek. Seveda je postal še bolj obvladljiv, zanj pa veljajo tudi vse nove prednosti modelov iz leta 2017. S svojimi 40 KM pa je svojo ciljno skupino razširil bolj kot ostalih 17 modelov.
