KTM 1090 Adventure 2018 vs. KTM 890 Adventure 2021

The KTM 1090 Adventure model year 2018 and the KTM 890 Adventure model year 2021 are both enduro motorcycles with similar features and capabilities. However, there are some notable differences between the two models.

On the other hand, the 890 Adventure boasts a super motor with linear power delivery, well-controlled brakes, comprehensive electronics, good ergonomics for both seated and standing riding, a low seat height suitable for shorter riders, and an enjoyable gear lever that enhances the riding experience. Its low center of gravity also contributes to excellent handling.

As for weaknesses, the 1090 Adventure may appear outdated compared to the newer 1290 Super Adventure models, and its front suspension fork is not adjustable. The 890 Adventure, on the other hand, has a pricing policy for extras, a non-adjustable telescopic fork at the front, and important components like the quick shifter and cruise control not included as standard.

Overall, both the KTM 1090 Adventure 2018 and the KTM 890 Adventure 2021 offer impressive performance and features for enduro riding, with the 890 Adventure showcasing some improvements and additional capabilities compared to its predecessor.
