É uma mistura de supermoto, naked bike e streetfighter e adora ser manuseada de forma irracional. Uma moto fixe. Só em comparação com a MT-09 SP é que se começa a sentir a falta de um chassis de alta qualidade.

A antecessora 790 Duke já provou que a KTM sabe como construir uma moto naked de gama média para a estrada. A nova 890 carrega a tocha com um peito inchado e mais uma vez faz jus à sua alcunha de bisturi. Viva, puxa os raios e transmite um certo nervosismo que pode ser interpretado como um carácter selvagem. O equipamento está quase completo - mas só quase.
