Its low weight contributes to its nimble nature, allowing riders to easily maneuver through tight corners. The comfortable seating position ensures rider comfort, and the throaty sound of the engine adds to the overall experience. However, some riders have noted that the chassis can feel a little soft, and the footrests have a tendency to drag quickly. The MT-07 is an incredible fun machine that is extremely sporty to ride. The brakes pack a punch, the handling is superb and the engine is currently by far the most agile power unit in this class - and even above. The light handling fits in perfectly and the aggressive design with its many corners and edges is also appealing. Only the chassis makes the typically good compromise between comfort and sport and should probably remind you that the affordable MT-07 also has a lot to offer beginners.

Retro is trendy, retro is cool. The people at Suzuki have also recognised this, and although they are not launching many new products for 2018, they are launching a really cool one - the SV650X. Not much had to be changed to place it in the ranks of modern cafe racers: Headlight fairing, paintwork, side panels, saddle and low handlebar ends are enough for the great result. Above all, the front-wheel-oriented seating position suits it well, but does not make it significantly more uncomfortable. The suspension can only be adjusted at the rear, but the lively engine is a blast and the price is right.
