The Triumph Tiger 1200 GT Pro comes with a powerful in-line three-cylinder engine and a lot of equipment. The all-round carefree package on two wheels can be steered with confidence, but clearly prefers a more leisurely pace. The Aprilia Caponord 1200 Rally is unmistakably the top model in the Capo range: a classy set of panniers, crash bars, engine guard, additional LED headlights and an extravagant set of spoke rims are incredibly pleasing to the eye. In terms of performance, the Rally with traction control, ABS and cruise control is not far removed from its "normal" Travel Pack sister. And the engine, with its 125 hp, is and remains a powerful companion that impresses above all with its throaty V2 sound and good power. You have to like the comfortable chassis - while fans of the hardcore league will turn up their noses, everyone else will enjoy the ingenious active chassis that smoothes out even the roughest knocks. The only thing standing in the way of off-road use is the road tyres; the front 19-inch wheel would certainly be happy to take on the odd off-road excursion with different tyres.
