In terms of weaknesses, the MT-09 SP is criticized for having a horn mounted in a crude way and a poor display. The MT-10, on the other hand, is criticized for having too inactive seating position on the racetrack and its chassis and ride assistance systems being sufficient for track days but not on the same level as other powernakeds.
