Le frein avant a été un peu trop bien pensé : malgré une bonne puissance de freinage, il manque un point de pression transparent. Le plus est l'écran TFT, que nous ne trouvons pas encore chez la concurrence, ainsi que le look adulte qui s'oriente fortement vers les modèles Ninja plus grands.

Avec la Supersport, Ducati a réussi à créer un ensemble très attractif qui plaira à tous les pilotes sportifs. Elle offre l'aspect d'une machine de course, mais dispose d'une ergonomie agréable, ce qui fait que les trajets de plus de 200 km ne posent aucun problème. Le moteur Testastretta a beaucoup de tempérament et encore plus de couple. Associé au châssis sportif, les routes sinueuses sont un plaisir et elle se comporte également très bien sur les pistes de course.
