La M 1000 R est définitivement bien réussie et l'ensemble convient. Même si elle s'adresse certainement plus aux pilotes sportifs, la moto peut également faire ses preuves lors de longs trajets sur route avec de petites restrictions en termes de confort de conduite. En revanche, on a un bon contact avec la roue avant et suffisamment d'angle d'inclinaison maximum. En combinaison avec le puissant moteur, l'Hyper Naked joue en tout cas dans la cour des grands. Mis à part de légères vibrations, le puissant moteur RR est une puissance qui n'a actuellement que peu de concurrents à craindre dans le segment naked. La nouvelle électronique permet également aux pilotes peu expérimentés de doser la puissance avec des réglages conservateurs.
