Kawasaki Ninja ZX-4RR 40th Anniversary Edition 2024

Kawasaki Ninja ZX-4RR 40th Anniversary Edition 2024

The Kawasaki Ninja ZX-4RR proves to be an impressive sporty bike that will particularly delight lovers of high-revving four-cylinder engines. With its distinctive sound and excellent braking performance, it offers a riding experience that is convincing both on the road and on the race track. The sporty ergonomics and precise handling make it a good choice for beginners and smaller riders looking for a super sports bike suitable for everyday use. However, the engine requires high revs, which can be tiring on longer journeys, and the display looks a little outdated compared to modern standards. Overall, the ZX-4RR offers a lot of riding pleasure and is a welcome addition to the small-volume supersports segment.

Impressive four-cylinder sound

Well-functioning quickshifter

Sporty, stable suspension with good handling Ergonomic, sporty but comfortable riding position

Good modulation and sufficient braking power

Suitability for everyday use despite sporty orientation

Simple operation of the controls

High revs required for optimum power

Slow setting of riding modes

High noise levels due to high engine speeds

Honda CBR1000RR-R Fireblade 2024

For the fact that Honda has actually only announced an update, hardly a stone has been left unturned on the new Fire Blade. Some of the new features are of course due to the new EURO standard, but many of them are really aimed at improving drivability. I am very pleased that, especially in times like these, when more and more manufacturers are withdrawing from the high-performance and expensive superbike segment, Honda is once again devoting its full development power to improving what is already good and thus demonstrating what is technically feasible. Because even if these bikes are no longer affordable for many of us, they still demonstrate the know-how or the technical possibilities. And over time, these will also find their way into the 0-8-15 bikes from which the majority of motorcyclists will then also benefit.

Improved seating position

Rideability very good

Powerful engine

Throttle split gives the rider a lot of confidence

Chassis also suitable for the racetrack in automatic mode
