BMW HP4 RACE 2017

BMW HP4 RACE 2017

The BMW HP4 Race combines the advantages of two worlds. You enjoy the power, stability and precision of a world championship machine. At the same time, however, you enjoy the easy handling and high quality of a series product. Long-term support is guaranteed here, because BMW itself is behind the HP4 Race, not a small tuning shop. For normal consumers, the machine seems astronomically expensive, but for pit lane insiders it presents itself as the best deal you can make at this level.

Engine performance and set-up simply perfect. 215 hp is served up in a usable way

fantastic braking performance

low weight can be felt in every riding situation

advantages of the machine can be used by riders of different performance classes

no tinsel on the motorbike - only perfect racing parts

support from BMW customer sports crew

motorbike scores both in passages where good handling is required and where power is needed

most varied tuning options available on the chassis but

Higher service costs than with conventional motorbikes, but of course lower than with comparable production racers

motorbike was generally easy to handle and uncritical during the test, only the sharp braking system apparently needs to be run in carefully to avoid damage

the vehicle could give too much feedback overall to coarse riders

high pressure in the paddock. You have to be fast with this bike :-)
