The KTM 1290 Super Duke GT model year 2016 and the KTM 1290 Super Duke R model year 2020 are both powerful motorcycles with similar engine specifications. In terms of weaknesses, the Super Duke GT 2016 has poor wind protection, a manual windshield adjustment, and quite high fuel consumption. The Super Duke R 2020, on the other hand, has easily scratched plastic between the seat and tank and brake squeaks at walking speed.
