Thanks to the very sporty Pirelli Supercorsa SP V3 tyres, trackdays are indeed a serious issue, and the now standard shift assistant with blipper function greatly increases the incentive to switch to the new model. A wonderful fun machine for both country road and track!

The new GSX-S1000 is an old acquaintance in terms of basic design - the engine and chassis are still from the predecessor.
