The Suzuki GSX-S1000 2022 and the Ducati Streetfighter V4 S 2021 are both powerful naked bikes with impressive specifications. However, there are several key differences between the two models.

In terms of engine power, the Ducati Streetfighter V4 S takes the lead with 208 HP compared to the Suzuki GSX-S1000's 152 HP. The Ducati also has a higher torque of 123 Nm compared to the Suzuki's 106 Nm. This makes the Ducati the more powerful and torquey option.

Both bikes feature fuel injection systems and liquid cooling, ensuring optimal performance and efficiency. They also have four cylinders, providing smooth power delivery. However, the displacement differs, with the Ducati having a larger 1103ccm engine compared to the Suzuki's 999ccm engine.

When it comes to suspension, both bikes feature upside-down telescopic forks at the front. On the other hand, the Ducati Streetfighter V4 S 2021 is the most powerful naked bike ever, offers good ergonomics, features superb electronically adjustable Öhlins suspension, has brute Brembo Stylema brakes, a full electronics package, and a handsome and distinctive look.

However, there are also weaknesses to consider. The Suzuki's electronics package is not very comprehensive, lacking a 6-axis IMU and cornering ABS. The instruments on the handlebars are somewhat antiquated, and the display is not particularly easy to read. The Ducati, on the other hand, is very expensive, has a loud exhaust sound, and its full power is only accessible in the upper rev range.

In conclusion, both the Suzuki GSX-S1000 2022 and the Ducati Streetfighter V4 S 2021 are impressive naked bikes with their own strengths and weaknesses. The choice between the two ultimately depends on the rider's preferences, budget, and desired level of performance and features.

Suzuki GSX-S1000 2022

Suzuki GSX-S1000 2022

The new GSX-S1000 is an old acquaintance in terms of basic design - the engine and chassis are still from the predecessor. However, the machine has been modernised in many areas and presents itself at an extremely high level, especially visually. Although the engine cannot compete in the league of the super-potent Hyper Nakeds, it functions very harmoniously and powerfully enough. The conventional chassis also strikes a successful compromise between sportiness and comfort. The hammer arguments are definitely the successful design, the standard quickshifter with blipper and, last but not least, the comparatively low price.

Ducati Streetfighter V4 S 2021

Ducati Streetfighter V4 S 2021

The problem of the Streetfighter V4 S with Euro4 engine, namely no power in the lower rev range but explosion in the upper rev range, has been largely rectified with the update to Euro5. Although the disgusting 208 hp are still only available at 13,000 rpm, the SF V4 S now also works acceptably at lower revs. The electronic Öhlins suspension is at its best and the brute Brembo Stylema stoppers again celebrate the penchant for the racetrack. Ergonomics and handling are also basically good, but on the racetrack you would wish for lower handlebars because of the awesome power. A perfect poser bike that also works on the country road, and on the racetrack anyway. Only the too-loud sound should be curbed a little.
