The Vespa 946 Snake is distinguished by an ice-blue paint inspired by winter landscapes. Elements such as the structure of the handlebars and the saddle are designed to resemble snake skin. Additionally, chrome snakes adorn the fuel tank cap and the fender, setting the design apart from the previously known 946 special models.

In the course of such special models, Vespa also likes to sell lifestyle products that match the vehicle. The 946 Snake includes an accessory line, featuring a helmet with a removable liner, tinted visor, and blue paint with a three-dimensional snake decoration. The offering is complemented by two clothing items from the Vespa Snake Capsule Collection: a floor-length white puffer coat and a bomber jacket in shiny material. The Vespa 946 Snake has been available for pre-order since January 8, 2025, with prices starting at 12,000 euros. The launch of the Vespa 946 Snake will be accompanied by pop-up stores. These temporary sales spaces will showcase the model along with the corresponding apparel. Following the opening in Rome, the vehicle will be displayed at the Galeries Lafayette Champs-Élysées in Paris until February 5, 2025. Other locations include Milan, Vienna, Beijing, and Singapore.
