The new Honda GB350S 2025 even features traction control!
The newly designed, air-cooled SOHC single-cylinder engine with a displacement of 348 cc produces a peak power of 21 hp at 5,500 rpm and a torque of 29 Nm at 3,000 rpm. The long-stroke design with plenty of flywheel mass allows for a distinctive character with powerful pull from low and mid-range revs, as well as a bassy sound. The practically graded five-speed gearbox is enhanced by a clutch with anti-hopping function, ensuring smooth gear changes and low hand forces on the clutch lever. Even a safety-enhancing HSTC traction control (Honda Selectable Torque Control) is part of the standard equipment.
Modern components on the new Honda GB350S
The GB350S can be effortlessly maneuvered both on country roads and through bustling city traffic - which shouldn't be difficult given its wet weight of 178 kilos. The solid steel frame ensures stability and secure handling, with a pleasantly tight turning circle, while the center of gravity and seat height facilitate easy and trouble-free operation. The well-tuned 41mm telescopic fork and dual rear shock absorbers ensure smooth suspension comfort. A 310 mm disc brake provides deceleration at the front, with a 240 mm disc brake at the rear, combined with a 2-channel anti-lock braking system. The GB350S rides on low-maintenance cast wheels, 19 inches at the front and 17 inches at the rear.
Unobtrusive Harmony - Tank made of steel sheet, the rest made of plastic
The attractive design language pays homage to the glorious roadster history. The tank is made of steel sheet, while the side panels, fenders, and stylish details on the engine and bodywork are made of plastic. Speaking of the tank - with a capacity of 15 liters and a consumption of only 2.5 liters (according to Honda), even really long stages shouldn't be a problem. Modern LED lighting technology is used for the round headlight, indicators, and taillight. At the center of the tidy cockpit, an analog round speedometer provides information. For the GB350S, two accessory packages (Style Package and Travel Package) as well as optional Honda original accessories are available, including saddlebags, various windshields, tank pads, heated grips, or additional fog lights.
