Updates to the 450 RALLY REPLICA engine
The centerpiece of the update is the redesigned 450cc fuel-injected engine that powers KTM's motocross and enduro racing machines. The engine boasts a newly designed SOHC cylinder head, a reinforced clutch, and a strengthened gearbox to deliver enhanced power and durability. Additionally, the cooling system has been upgraded with dual radiators for improved efficiency.
New frame and chassis components
The freshly designed frame, crafted by hand at the KTM Motorsport facility, provides enhanced flexibility and stability compared to its predecessor. A newly cast aluminum swingarm enhances rigidity while minimizing weight. Acting as the rear frame, a self-supporting 16-liter fuel tank is complemented by extra tanks at the front, boosting fuel capacity to approximately 34.5 liters. The dual front tanks are equipped with individual fuel pumps that can be operated separately or in conjunction with the rear tank.
Enhanced WP Pro Components have been incorporated for improved handling, featuring a 48 mm diameter WP XACT PRO 7548 closed cartridge front fork mounted on a newly designed, CNC-machined triple clamp with 23 mm offset, along with a fully adjustable WP XACT PRO 7750 rear shock tailored to the rider and terrain.
KTM 450 RALLY REPLICA limited to 100 units
The fairing of the KTM Enduro also serves to protect the brand-new, lighter, and slimmer instrument cluster with built-in hazard warning lights and mounts for a digital roadbook system. The updated LED headlight is seamlessly integrated into the headlight mask, boosting the total light output by 33%. Additionally, the KTM Enduro comes equipped with a tool compartment integrated into the engine cover.
Production of the KTM Enduro 450 RALLY REPLICA 2025 will be limited to just 100 units worldwide, with manufacturing taking place at the KTM Motorsport facility in Austria. Pre-orders will open on April 24, 2024.
