The "old" Streetfighter surprised me - despite not having a single electronic feature, this forerunner of today's hyper-naked bikes is very easy to ride! Above all, the engine is a stunner, the 154 hp hang wonderfully on the throttle and the 115 Newton metres of torque deliver a massive amount of lard. Of course, there is a lot of rumble in the box, as you would expect from a Ducati V2, but that doesn't bother the true fans anyway. Instead, they enjoy the precise chassis and the amazingly good brakes. The seating position is perfectly acceptable for a naked bike that would today fit into the category of hyper-nakeds. Even the look is only slightly greyed by the halogen headlight, but the rear end is timelessly beautiful!

Honda CBR1000RR-R Fireblade SP 2024

The SC82 was already a hit when it was released in 2020 with the aforementioned minor flaws, which Honda has now successfully eliminated in 2022. A big advantage for road and race track. The new Fireblade is once again a top performer for both disciplines and is sure to secure a place at the very top.

Great engine

Good electronics set-up

Top rideability and feedback

Knee angle very narrow, especially for taller riders
