Harley-Davidson Touring Electra Glide Ultra Limited FLHTK 2016

More luxury is not possible. I was really surprised this time how comfortable such a touring motorbike can be. To be honest, I can't remember ever having enjoyed a ride in a leather sofa so much. Now I can also understand my wife, who is always urging me to finally rent a luxury tourer again so that the two of us can go for a cosy ride. She sits even more comfortably above me, controls the volume of the Boom! speakers and the level of the seat heating herself as needed, and doesn't fall off when she dozes off. This is truly the queen class of the Touring segment. Here, everything a 5***** cruiser needs is on board, from separately operable air vents to cruise control, electronically lockable luggage and a mobile phone-compatible sound system. And although the new engine has no trouble even with this mass, you should sit back and relax and glide along comfortably. It would be a pity for the beautiful motorbike. And the woman.

Harley-Davidson Touring Street Glide Special FLHXS 2016

It must have been the first Harley I was ever allowed to ride, back then in blue with a nice loud Screamin' Eagle sound system. We didn't produce any videos back then, just a sound file, recorded at about 7.15 in the morning in the apartment building canyon around the corner. The 2017 Street Glide in a fabulous metallic tangerine was less loud, but one of the most beautiful Harleys I've ever ridden. I couldn't get enough of the large expanses of front fairing and low-slung luggage. The Street Glide has a more balanced profile than, for example, the Road Glide, which cuts a less harmonious figure. You don't have the full comfort of an Ultra, but more riding dynamics, a reasonable lean angle clearance and an iconic Harley silhouette.
