The BMW CE 02.

Although BMW doesn't officially classify the CE 02 as a scooter, it still earns its spot on this list. Known as the eParkourer, it's designed to bridge the gap between a scooter and a motorcycle. What's certain is that the CE 02, available in a 4 kW version (AM license) and an 11 kW variant (A1 license), is perfectly suited for city commuting. However, if you prefer more storage space, better wind protection, and a traditional scooter look, the larger and more practical CE 04 is the better choice. This A2 electric scooter offers more for urban use. It's worth noting that both the CE 02 and CE 04 need to be charged directly on the vehicle—ideal for those with their own garage.
