The new line, named after the historic "Flying Flea" model from the 1940s, aims to bring electric riding pleasure and sustainability to urban mobility. The first models, the classically designed Flying Flea C6 and the scrambler-inspired Flying Flea S6, are set to be available from spring 2026.

Heritage and Vision of the Flying Flea Brand

The new Flying Flea was inspired by the historic Royal Enfield model from World War II, which was parachuted into military operations due to its lightweight and versatility. Today, the new Flying Flea symbolizes the new era of urban mobility, reimagining the historical design in a fresh way.

Flying Flea C6 - Available from Spring 2026

The first model, the Flying Flea C6, combines classic elements with modern technology. The trapezoidal fork and the curved aluminum design of the frame are reminiscent of the original, while modern technologies such as a magnesium battery case and a round touchscreen display offer a contemporary riding experience. This aesthetic retro-futurism reflects the typical Royal Enfield design, but fully modernized.

New Possibilities of Electronics

Royal Enfield emphasizes modern technologies designed to optimize the riding experience in urban traffic. The central Vehicle Control Unit (VCU) integrates all physical and digital elements, offering customizable riding modes and supporting over-the-air updates. In addition to features like the "phone-as-key" system, which allows for convenient motorcycle starting, the bike includes 28 patented innovations. The "lean angle sensing ABS" and regenerative braking systems ensure safety and riding pleasure, while the user-friendly charging can be done via a standard household outlet.

With the Flying Flea, Royal Enfield aims to offer a sustainable and accessible mobility solution for the urban jungle. Further details will follow in the coming year.
