NIU Innovations 2025

The NQi X series is a reinterpretation of the popular NQi series, which became a cult model for NIU. With a 5000-W motor that allows a top speed of 100 km/h and a range of over 100 km, the NQi X targets both adrenaline junkies and commuters. The dual battery power (two 72V-28Ah batteries) allows customizable acceleration and torque settings, which can even be adjusted during the ride via the "NIU Link Crown" technology. The NQi X will be available in the variants NQi X 150, NQi X 300, and NQi X 500 from the first quarter of 2025. The top version, the NQi X 1000, will be available in Europe from the third quarter of 2025.

The FQi series combines powerful technology with practical features. The 5000-W motor allows for inclines up to 25% and a top speed of 95 km/h. With a regenerative braking system and a range of up to 91 km, the FQi series is suitable for extended rides. Equipped with the NIU Smart App, the model offers theft protection, Bluetooth locking, and real-time diagnostics. The FQi 300 and FQi 500 models will be available in Black, White, and Sahara from the first quarter of 2025.

For sharing platforms like Tier, Lime, and Voi, NIU presents the new KQi-SHARING kickscooter. As a symbol of NIU's commitment to shared mobility, this scooter can be seamlessly integrated into fleets worldwide. Since 2018, the connected NIU eMopeds have already covered millions of kilometers on sharing platforms, thus contributing to eco-friendly mobility.

The ten-year anniversary marks not only a milestone for NIU but also another step into the future. As a highlight of the exhibition, NIU presents three powersport concept vehicles and a new OTA update for the XQi3. These developments demonstrate NIU's ongoing commitment to making urban transportation sustainable and promoting electromobility.
