Can-Am Pulse and Origin from 2025 with innovative Rotax E-Power engine
Both the Pulse and Origin are powered by BRP's brand-new Rotax E-Power motor, delivering instant torque and dynamic performance on demand. A key unique feature of the Can-Am electric motorcycle range is the innovative liquid-cooled system, encompassing the battery, charger, inverter, and motor. This system ensures significantly slower battery degradation while optimizing range and charging time. This guarantees quick and efficient charging from 20% to 80% in 50 minutes under all conditions when using Level-2 charging.
The Can-Am Pulse 2025 in detail:
The Can-Am Pulse is designed for dynamic urban life. This agile and nimble naked bike was developed for smart commuting and city cruising. It features a massive 10.25-inch touchscreen display with Apple CarPlay, allowing you to navigate effortlessly and stay connected on every ride with the BRP GO! app. Another highlight is its Active ReGen system, which provides better control and smooth braking while returning more energy to the battery. The Can-Am Pulse offers a good balance with its low center of gravity and low seat height, enabling a comfortable and secure riding position that ensures maximum agility in a dynamic urban environment. With four different riding modes (Normal, Sport+, ECO, and Rain), the ride can be adapted to different environments and personal preferences, while the KYB suspension with 140 mm of travel at the fork provides a sporty riding feel. The optional "Pulse '73" package pays homage to Can-Am's motorcycle tradition with LED lighting, a gauge spoiler, and distinctive paint and badges.
The Can-Am Origin 2025 in Detail:
The Can-Am Origin is designed for adventures beyond city limits. It features the same advanced Active ReGen and connectivity technology as the Pulse and boasts the distinctive Can-Am DNA and motocross heritage with off-road capability, enhanced suspension, and dual-sport tires. The high seat height and the KYB full suspension with 255 mm of front travel and adjustable rear travel are reliable in unpaved terrain while still providing stability on paved roads. The Can-Am Origin offers six riding modes: Normal, Sport, ECO, Rain, Off-Road, and Off-Road+. Simply put, the adventure-packed Can-Am Origin brings riding pleasure to both the road and the trail with its modern, off-road-ready features. The optional "Origin ‘73" trim offers additional LED lighting, a LinQ windshield, as well as distinctive paint and badges.
Typical electric: you just go full throttle and immediately feel the intense acceleration!
Both the Can-Am Pulse and the Origin come standard with a durable 8.9 kWh battery designed to withstand both scorching desert heat and cold winter temperatures. The system provides the Can-Am Pulse with an estimated range of up to 160 km in urban traffic and the Can-Am Origin with an estimated range of up to 145 km in urban traffic. Can-Am Pulse and Origin are easy to use and ride for both beginners and experienced riders. Without a conventional clutch and gearbox, you simply go full throttle and immediately feel the acceleration and the premium riding experience. Additionally, the bike no longer needs to be repositioned by running backward, as both new models feature a reverse function. Riders will also appreciate the nearly silent and vibration-free ride, as well as the smooth and precise power delivery, even in tight situations and at low speeds.
Can-Am Pulse and Origin are already available for pre-order at selected BRP dealers.
