Díky lepším komponentům odpružení od společností Öhlins a Kayaba, hezčímu laku a oprávněně vyšší ceně je verze SP jednoznačně nejsportovnější volbou v rámci řady Yamaha MT-09. Brutální síla motoru neumožňuje na MT-09 SP pohodlnou jízdu, ale to u "speciálu" není nutné - zábava je jednoznačně v popředí!
Ducati Monster 2023
O vzhledu a absenci mřížového rámu se dá vždycky polemizovat, ale současný Monster není ošklivý. V podstatě by se jednalo o skvělý každodenní naked bike s příjemnou ergonomií a brzdným systémem, který nepřekvapí ani nezkušené. Za přijatelný kompromis lze považovat i poměrně měkký podvozek, ale u Ducati je spíše s podivem, že alespoň přední vidlice nebyla naladěna trochu pevněji. Charismatický motor bohužel v nízkých otáčkách silně zaduní, a tak svůj nádherný charakter V2 ukáže až na polní cestě. Celkově to však velmi dobře odráží celkovou image Monstera: typická Ducati, která je i po stránce podvozku a brzd dobrá pro každodenní ježdění.
